The Red Hot Chili Peppers + Rage Against the Machine tribute
The funk of the Chili Peppers and the fury of Rage, in one high-energy live show.
The show
Imagine combining the power and energy of Rage Against the Machine with the funk and melody of the Red Hot Chili Peppers. Watching Chili Rage feels a bit like eating a thousand chillies, followed by the rage-induced euphoria that comes after.
“They put more energy into an hour than many bands put into their entire careers.”From an audience review
Crowd favourites from both bands, from the slow-burn of Under the Bridge to the full-pelt finish of Killing in the Name.
Four musicians, no playback, no backing tracks. What the crowd hears is what we play.
A compact stage plot. Festival marquees, arts centres and pub back rooms all work.
What a gig, you guys were amazingWhat audiences say · “As expected, the band Chili Rage were epic” · “Awesome show and a great evening!”

The band
Vocals
Lead vocals. Hat on, arms up, pulling the whole room in.
Guitar
Guitar and vocals. Funk riffs, big chords, frequently airborne.
Bass
Bass and vocals. Holding down the groove from Flea to Commerford.
Drums
Drums. Keeps the engine running and brings the thunder, hitting every song with full-throttle passion.
Chili Rage are a homage to our two favourite bands. We play festivals, arts centres and live music pubs, and we bring the same energy to a marquee as to a packed back room.
